At 9:30 local time, King Constantine and Queen Anne-Marie, visited the Athens Cathedral's Chapel where the body of the late Archbishop of Athens and All Greece lies, in order to pay due respect to the former Head of the Greek Orthodox Church.

King Constantine had often visited the Archbishop during his illness and had noted how his high spirits and strength radiated to those around him.
