Christening of Arrietta 30 June 2002 Category: Press Releases The following announcement was issued by HM King Constantine, former King of Greece's office in London: HRH Princess Alexia, daughter of HM King Constantine and HM Queen Anne-Marie, and her husband Mr Carlos Morales Quintana, have announced that the christening of their daughter Arrietta, took place on 30th June, at the Chapel of La Purisima Conception, Roger de Lluria 70, Barcelona. Officiating at the Greek Orthodox ceremony was His Eminence the Metropolitan of France, Jeremias. The Godparents were: HRH Princess Theodora, sister of Princess Alexia, HRH Infanta Cristina, Duchess of Palma, first cousin of Princess Alexia, Mrs Maria Teresa Morales Quintana, sister of Mr Carlos Morales Quintana, Mr Philippos Stratos, a Greek school friend of Princess Alexia, and Mr Manuel Cabrera Cabrera, friend of Mr Carlos Morales Quintana The couple were married in London on 9th July 1999 and Arrietta was born on 24th February 2002, at the Centro Medico Technon Hospital in Barcelona.
